9.00am – 1.00pm – Teen Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitate

Join us at the Dolphin Discovery Centre to meet our rescue Marine Turtles! Explore the challenges Loggerhead turtles face in the wild. Learn how they arrived here, at the Dolphin Discovery Centre and discover the efforts required to return them to their natural habitat. Attend a marine turtle biology talk and participate in interactive science experiments and beach activities.

Please note this is a ‘drop and leave’ school holiday activity suitable for children 12-16 years of age. Tickets must be purchased for participating children only. The ages for each activity are in place for your children to get the most out of the activity and due to safety, we cannot allow older or younger children to participate.

Terms and Conditions:

Minimum number of participants required. The DDC have the right to cancel the event if minimum numbers are not reached. The decision to cancel the event is made 1-2 days before the commencement of the event and notice will be given to participants via email or phone contact. A full refund will be provided.
